The lens is in good condition with moderate cosmetic wear. There are some small surface marks on the outer barrel. There is some dirt in the grooves of the focus and aperture rings. The glass is clear with no scratches, no fungus and no haze. There is minimal dust inside, no large dust specks. The lens hood also shows some moderate cosmetic wear, mainly the paint being worn down in the edges. The lens comes with lens hood, lens cap, leather lens pouch and Leica box (not the box that came with the lens).
